How do I know when I need to get my gutters, siding, facia, etc.… replaced?

If installed properly and maintained properly, gutters have a 10-20 years lifespan. Signs of needing to replace your gutters are:

What are the potential issues to your home if any of the above is damaged?

If you have damage to any of your home’s siding, soffit, fascia, metal capping, or gutters you could risk having water damage to the interior and exterior of your home as well as foundation damage is possible.

Material used? Any Certified material? Any industry terminology that I may not know about?
We use Spectra Metals for our gutter material, they offer a Manufacturer’s Twenty (20) year Limited Warranty on their metal. This covers the material if it were to crack, peel, blister, chip, or flake under normal use. The metal we use is a 21-gauge painted aluminum coil. We use CertainTeed brand soffit and siding.
